Born in Germany on April 28, 1987, Robin Alexander Schulz is a musician, DJ, and record producer. The first song off his first album, a remix of “Waves” by Dutch hip-hop artist Mr. Probz, was made available on 4 February 2014. At the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, this remix was subsequently nominated for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical.
A remix of the Lilly Wood and the Prick song “Prayer in C” from their 2010 album Invincible Friends served as his follow-up single, which was released on June 6, 2014. Both remixes reached the top of the charts in numerous European and American nations, earning Schulz recognition on a global scale. Along with Christopher Noble and Daniel Bruns, he co-founded Lausbuben Records.
