Faithless is an English band that formed in 1995, with Rollo, Sister Bliss, and Maxi Jazz as its core members. Their debut album, Reverence, came out in 1996, and their most recent, All Blessed, will be published in 2020. They’ve sold millions of physical recordings, and their back catalog was made available on streaming services in 2018. They have around 3 million streams per month on average. Faithless’ records have reached at number one in a number of countries, and Mixmag named them the fourth greatest dance band of all time.
Their music is frequently politicized. All Blessed features an image of refugees by award-winning photojournalist Yannis Behrakis on the front, with immigration as the central theme.
Faithless has performed at a number of major festivals throughout Europe and beyond, including Glastonbury. Their lyrics have been mentioned in both the US Senate and the Houses of Parliament in the United Kingdom.
