Daniel Gerard Breland, better known by his stage name Breland, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer who creates music that combines gospel, soul, country rap, and R&B. He was born on July 18, 1995. His 2019 debut song, “My Truck,” gained popularity the following year after becoming viral on social media, peaking at No. 26 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs list. Sam Hunt remixed the song, and in January 2021, it was given the platinum certification for selling one million units.
Breland has two EPs out on Bad Realm Records and Atlantic Records, and his music has received over 150 million Spotify streams. In September 2022, he issued Cross Country, his debut studio album.
