Betty Reed released four country-pop singles in the first few months of 2020: Her, Drunk On You, I’ll Get By, and Good Days. Reed issued three synth-pop singles in the winter and fall of 2020–2021, titled Fall Apart, Never Enough, and My Way.
On June 25, 2021, Karma, Misunderstood, and Happy, three singles from Betty Reed’s debut EP, “Mistakes Made, Lessons Learned,” were published. On July 16, 2021, Misunderstood and Happy were released. Betty Reed released an acoustic rendition of “Mistakes Made, Lessons Learned” on March 25, 2022.
