Lanco (stylized as LANCO, originally LANco) is a country music band from the United States comprised of Brandon Lancaster (lead vocals), Chandler Baldwin (bass guitar), Jared Hampton (keyboards), Tripp Howell (drums), and Eric Steedly (guitar). Arista Nashville signed the band. Lancaster and Company is the band’s name.
The band was formed in 2015. They signed with Jay Joyce’s publishing business, subsequently to Arista Nashville, after meeting him at a Keith Urban event. On April 15, 2016, they released their debut four-song EP, Extended Play, via the label. They also released the album’s first single, “Long Live Tonight,” and one of their songs, “Greatest Love Story,” features in the Netflix series The Ranch as well as season 22 of ABC’s The Bachelor. At the end of 2017, “Greatest Love Story” topped the Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts.
Sony Nashville released the band’s third single, “Born to Love You,” in December 2017. It and “Best Love Story” are both included on their debut album Hallelujah Nights, which was published in January 2018.
