Daley Padley, commonly known as Hot Since 82, is a British DJ, house music producer, and DJ Awards winner located in Leeds, United Kingdom, who has been producing music under the Hot Since 82 alias since 2012.
Daley has recently emerged from obscurity and has been included in a number of hugely recognized electronic music media. After a year of releasing music, Daley was invited to play a two-hour exclusive set on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix broadcast on BBC Radio 1 in August 2013.
Soon after, Daley was commissioned to remix Green Velvet’s alias Curtis Jones’ song ‘Bigger than Prince,’ which was released in September 2013 and quickly soared to the top of Beatport’s dance music charts. Little Black Book, his debut full-length album, was released on Moda Black Records in October 2013 and featured collaborations with Joe T Vannelli and Thomas Gandey, as well as remixes of Rudimental and Shadow Child.
