Leslie Edward Pridgen, better known by his stage name Freeway, is an American rapper best known for being a part of the rap group State Property while working with Roc-A-Fella Records alongside Jay-Z. Leslie Edward Pridgen was born on August 6, 1978. Freeway briefly signed with Cash Money Records in 2009, however with his 2018 album Think Free, he went back to work with Jay-Z at the music label and entertainment company owned by the music tycoon.
Freeway made a comeback to working with Jay-Z at his entertainment firm, Roc Nation, after a long absence. Think Free, Freeway’s sixth solo album was released on that record label on June 22 and features cameos from a number of artists, including Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert, Jadakiss, BJ The Chicago Kid, Fat Joe, Faith Evans, and more. “All Falls Down,” “All the Way Live,” and “Blood Pressure,” the latter featuring Wayne, were the first singles to be made available.
