Frank Robert Ballard IV (born December 16, 1982) is a country music singer-songwriter and guitarist from the United States. He has two albums out on Reprise Records and two on Warner Bros. Records and has charted eight Top Country Songs singles.
Ballard joined Warner Bros. in 2013. Records, and his third single, “Helluva Life,” was published. Sunshine & Whiskey is his second album, and this is the lead singer. In early 2014, it became his first number-one single. Later that year, the album’s title tune reached number one. The album’s third hit, “Young & Crazy,” likewise reached number one.
On November 16, 2015, the first song from Ballard’s third album, “It All Began with a Drink,” was released to country radio. El Rio, the album, was released on June 10, 2016. On August 8, 2016, the album’s second song, “Cigarette,” was released to country radio.
Ballard collaborated on the song “I Come to Git Down” from Big & Rich’s 2014 album Gravity.
