The Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit is made up of the identical twins Johanna and Klara Söderberg, who were born in 1990 and 1993, respectively. They are accompanied by a drummer, a guitarist, and a keyboardist when they perform live. They garnered some online recognition in 2008 with their cover of “Tiger Mountain Peasant Song” by Fleet Foxes. Emmylou was ranked as the tenth-best “Single of the Year” in 2012 by Rolling Stone. Five albums, four EPs, and numerous singles have all been released by them. They were one of the five top international groups when they were nominated for a Brit Award in 2015. They received new nominations in 2019 and 2023.
