Jordy van Egmond (born 22 April 1992), professionally known as Dyro, is a Dutch DJ and EDM producer. Since 2010, he has released original singles and remixes on labels like as Revealed Recordings, Musical Freedom, and Def Jam, as well as official remixes for songs such as Rihanna’s “Right Now” and Nicky Romero and Calvin Harris’ “Iron.” In 2013, he teamed with Tisto on the track “Paradise,” and the same year, he collaborated with Hardwell on the single “Never Say Goodbye.” It peaked at No. 23 on the UK Dance Chart, featuring Bright Lights. Dyro was named No. 27 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list in 2014.
Dyro has performed at a number of international festivals since signing with Revealed Recordings in 2011, including Electric Zoo in 2013 and 2014, Barbarella in 2014, and Future Music Festival in 2014. Dyro launched the indie record label WOLV Records in 2014, which releases his own material as well as that of other “up and coming” artists. Dyro presently presents WOLV Radio with Dyro, which plays on approximately 30 FM stations after hosting Daftastitc Radio since circa 2013.
