Blackbear (stylized as blackbear) is the stage name of Matthew Tyler Musto, an American musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer who was born on November 27, 1990. Six studio albums, six EPs, one mixtape, and two collaborative albums have all been released by him. Together with musician Mike Posner, Musto is a part of the alternative hip-hop duo Mansionz.
Blackbear debuted “Gfy,” the album’s lead single, on May 27, 2022, with Machine Gun Kelly. He claimed that he had dedicated this record to his late father. He also dedicated the song “Hazel Within” to his oldest son, Midnight.
Blackbear released “The Concept,” the second single from the album, on July 8, 2022.
Blackbear announced the tracklist and formal release date for the album along with the pre-order on July 16, 2022.
Blackbear released “Toxic Energy,” the third single from the album, on August 5, 2022. It features The Used.
Blackbear’s sixth studio album, In Loving Memories, was made available on August 26, 2022.
