AJR is an American indie pop music trio that was founded in New York City, New York, in 2005. It is currently represented by AJR Productions. Being specialists in the musical genres of indie pop, electro-pop, electronic, dubstep, doo-wop, and many more, the trio has developed a distinctive musical sound. Adam, Ryan, and Jack Met, the three brothers who make up AJR, got their start singing cover songs in Central Park and Washington Square Park. Throughout the years, the three brothers have developed a sizable fan base that is incredibly devoted, including over 150 thousand likes on their Facebook page and over 100 thousand followers on Twitter.
The two complete studio albums and five extended plays that AJR has released since making their debut on the music scene in 2005 are adored by both their fans and music reviewers. The trio’s single “Weak” immediately proved popular, peaking at #7 in Belgium, #8 in the Netherlands, #9 in Norway, and #23 in Sweden on the Singles Chart. AJR has performed as the opening act for some of the most well-known and accomplished performers in the business, including Demi Lovato, Hoodie Allen, Fifth Harmony, The Wanted, and others. As their popularity and fan base steadily increase by the day, it appears that the sky is the limit for the youthful group of brothers’ success.
