Master KG is the stage name of Kgaogelo Moagi, a South African musician and record producer born on January 31, 1996. His debut studio album, Skeleton Move, won praise and an AFRIMA Award for Best Artist/Group in the African Electro category. He was born and raised in Tzaneen. He is also credited with creating the “Bolobedu” dance.
Its lead song, “Jerusalema,” starring Nomcebo Zikode and Burna Boy, was certified diamond by FRA and peaked in Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart. His second studio album, Jerusalema, was released in 2020.
He released the song “Shine Your Light” with David Guetta and Akon on May 26, 2021. He began the Jerusalem Live Concert Tour in September 2021, traveling to the UK to promote his music and joined by Zanda Zakuza. Early in 2022, he repaired his relationship with Makhadzi and completed it with Kulakwe as they shared a Valentine’s Day celebration.
