Rapper Zlatan Ibile, real name Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, was born in Nigeria on December 19, 1994. He established Zanku Records and serves as its CEO. He won the Airtel-sponsored One Mic talent competition in 2014, which took place in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Zlatan released the song “Zanku” around the end of 2018, along with a brand-new dance routine with the same name. He released his first studio album, titled Zanku (Zlatan Abeg No Kill Us), on November 3, 2019. In 2020, the artist stated that becoming a football player, not a musician, was his desire.
Without revealing any artists, Zlatan announced the start of his record company, “Zanku Records,” on January 1, 2020, via his Instagram profile. He celebrated his birthday up until February 25 while announcing the numbers and identities of the acts he signed. He identified three musicians, Papisnoop, Oberz, and Jamopyper, as well as the official signing of Visionary Pictures, his manager, Manager Jiggy, his music producer, Rexxie, and a public relations expert, Biesloaded. On his Instagram feed, he announced this along with a photo of himself and seven other people.
