Groove Armada is an English electronic music duo comprised of Andy Cato and Tom Findlay. Their singles “At the River,” “I See You Baby,” and “Superstylin’” achieved chart success. The duo has released nine studio albums, four of which have charted in the top 50 of the UK Albums Chart.

Groove Armada was formed after Cato and Findlay were introduced by a mutual friend and quickly started their own club night in London, Captain Sensual at the Helm of the Groove Armada, named after a 1970s discothèque.

By 1997, they’d released a few singles, including “4 Tune Cookie” and “At the River,” which featured a sample of Patti Page’s “Old Cape Cod.” The song went on to become one of Groove Armada’s most well-known tracks, appearing on numerous chill-out compilations.
