Kyle Thomas Harvey (born May 18, 1993), also known as Kyle and SuperDuperKyle (previously known as K.i.D, an acronym for Kyle is Determined), is a Ventura, California-based American rapper. His breakout track “iSpy” (with Lil Yachty) reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2016. Kyle, who is signed to Indie-Pop and Atlantic Records, is also recognized for his affiliation with the SuperDuperCrew, which includes Brick, Jesus, and Maxx.
Kyle has worked with a variety of artists, including Waywo, Kehlani, Lil Yachty, G-Eazy, Chance the Rapper, Miguel, MadeinTYO, Yuna, and Ty Dolla Sign. “Keep It Real,” “Doubt It,” “King Wavy,” and his 2018 hit track “Playinwitme” are among his other tunes. Rolling Stone named him “one of the ten artists you need to know” in 2015.
Beautiful Loser and Smyle, his commercial mixtapes, were released in 2013 and 2015, respectively. Kyle’s first studio album, Light of Mine, was released in 2018 to favorable reviews and peaked at number 30 on the Billboard 200.
Kyle made his acting debut in the Netflix original film The After Party, which premiered in 2018. In addition, he released a track from the film “Moment” (featuring Wiz Khalifa). On July 17, 2020, his second album, See You When I’m Famous, will be published.
