Blank has a gymnastics and cheerleading background and has worked as a model for Venus Swimwear and Hawaiian Tropic. Blank was recruited to a contract by WWE in 2006, and after training in Ohio Valley Wrestling, she made her ECW debut as ‘Kelly Kelly’ in June 2006. She was a member of Extreme Exposé with Layla and Brooke Adams, primarily in non-wrestling roles. She began competing in more wrestling matches in late 2007, and she unsuccessfully challenged for both the WWE Divas Championship and the WWE Women’s Championship on many occasions. She won the WWE Divas Championship in June 2011, beginning a four-month reign. She quit WWE in 2012 but has since made sporadic appearances and bouts. On July 22, 2019, Raw Reunion special, she pinned Gerald Brisco to win the WWE 24/7 Championship, becoming the first woman to do so. She is a two-time WWE champion.
